This is a cheat I just discovered. First, race in the Capri Rally Normal event (You must have a 276hp or more car and IB License Tests completed). Race in both Forward and Reverse. When you win them, you got a Subaru Impreza Rally Car Prototype '01 that you can race in the Stars of Pleiades Championship race in Subaru dealership. Enter in the overall championship. After that you won the overall championship, you will get a Subaru Impreza Super Touring Car. Sell both the Impreza Rally Car Prototype and the Super Touring Car. You now added 400,000 Cr. to your bank!
